Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LaunchKit, a product of Reel Influence Media, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using LaunchKit, you agree to these Terms.

The service

LaunchKit is a guided course of 20 chapters with AI-assisted feedback on your answers and a generated, printable business plan. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Payments, credits & refunds

• A one-time $9 Founders purchase unlocks the full course and includes 262 AI credits and lifetime access to the course content.
• Additional credit packs are available (50 for $19, 150 for $39, 500 for $79). Each AI analysis uses one credit.
• Payments are one-time charges processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• 7-day refund: if you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
• Cancelling or refunding never deletes your data — you keep access to content you've created unless you delete your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break security or access other users' data, no automated scraping, and no reselling of the AI feature or course content.

Intellectual property

You own the content you create — your answers and the business plan generated for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service. We own LaunchKit— the course material, software, design, and brand. Don't copy or redistribute the course content.

AI & no professional advice

AI-generated feedback and business plans are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Influence Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California.
