Privacy Policy

LaunchKit ("LaunchKit," "we," "us") is a product of Reel Influence Media, LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and the name you provide at signup.
• Content you create — the answers you write in each chapter and the business plan generated from them.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a Stripe customer reference and a record of your purchase (amount, product, date).
• Usage & diagnostics — product-analytics events and error logs used to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• Provide the course, generate AI feedback, and build your business plan.
• Process payments and apply credits to your account.
• Send transactional emails (email confirmation, password resets, receipts) and product emails about your progress. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time.
• Monitor errors and understand usage so we can improve the product.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only with the providers needed to run LaunchKit:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (US region).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of your chapter answers to produce feedback. Submitted content is not used to train models.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• MailerLite — product/lifecycle email.
• Sentry — error monitoring. PostHog — product analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored in Supabase (US) with row-level security so each account can only access its own rows. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Secrets and service keys are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth — we never see or store them in plain text.

Your choices & rights

You can view and edit your content in the app at any time. You can change your email or password, and permanently delete your account and associated data, from your Account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, chapter answers, business plan, and credit history. California residents (CCPA) may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing us.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

LaunchKit is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
