Getting started
What is LaunchKit and who is it for?+
LaunchKit is a guided course for new and aspiring entrepreneurs. Twenty interactive chapters take you from idea to launch — each chapter teaches a concept, asks you to apply it to your own business, and gives you AI feedback on your answers. At the end it generates a real, printable business plan.
How does it work?+
Each chapter has three steps: read the short lesson, answer the questions about your business, and get AI feedback (scored 1–5 with specific suggestions). Your answers carry forward, so later chapters build on earlier ones. After all 20, the Business Plan Generator turns everything into a finished plan.
Do I need a business idea already?+
No. The early chapters help you find and sharpen an idea. If you already have one, even better — you'll move faster.
Is it free to try?+
Yes. You can sign up free and get a few starter credits to try the AI coach. The one-time $9 Founders unlock opens all 20 chapters and the business plan generator. See the Hub for current pricing.
Credits & billing
What are credits and how are they used?+
Each AI analysis of an answer uses one credit. Reading lessons and writing answers is always free — credits are only spent when you ask the AI for feedback.
What does the $9 Founders unlock include?+
All 20 chapters, 262 AI credits, the business plan generator, and lifetime access to the course. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Can I buy more credits?+
Yes — credit packs are available from the Hub: 50 for $19, 150 for $39, or 500 for $79. Credits are added to your balance and never expire.
What's your refund policy?+
7-day, no-questions-asked. If you're not satisfied, email stacy@stacysdigitalplayground.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I cancel?+
There's nothing to cancel — purchases are one-time, not recurring. Your data and access stay with you unless you delete your account.
Account & access
How do I change my password or email?+
From Account settings. Email changes require confirming the new address; password changes require your current password.
I forgot my password.+
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" — we'll email you a link to set a new one.
I didn't get my confirmation email.+
Check your spam folder. On the login screen there's a "Resend it" link to send the confirmation email again.
How do I delete my account?+
From Account settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data (answers, business plan, credit history) and cannot be undone.
Privacy & data
How is my data stored, and is it private?+
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (US) with row-level security so only you can access your rows. We use Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI analysis, Vercel for hosting, Resend and MailerLite for email, and Sentry and PostHog for error monitoring and analytics. We do not sell your data. Is my business plan mine?+
Yes. You own the answers you write and the business plan generated for you.
Is my content used to train AI models?+
No. Your answers are sent to Anthropic only to generate your feedback, and are not used to train models.
Troubleshooting
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes — LaunchKit is mobile-friendly and can be added to your phone's home screen and used like an app.
What browsers are supported?+
The latest two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
The AI feedback errored or didn't load.+
If an analysis fails, your credit isn't charged — just try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, email us.
Who do I contact for help, and how fast will I hear back?+
